📦 Shipping Policy 

 

This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which all orders are processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms.

 

⏳ Processing Time

 

  • All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3-7 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM local time will begin processing on the following business day.

  • Note that processing time is separate from the shipping/delivery time.

 

🌍 Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer multiple shipping options:

Shipping Method Estimated Transit Time (After Processing) Notes
Standard Shipping 5-7 Business Days Default, most cost-effective option.
Express Shipping 2-3 Business Days Recommended for urgent delivery.


IMPORTANT: Delivery estimates are calculated from the date the order leaves our facility, not the date the order is placed. While we command the carrier to prioritize, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier (e.g., weather, customs, national crises).

 

🚚 Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

 

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.

  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of receipt.

  • It is the customer's responsibility to actively monitor the provided tracking information.

 

📦 Damage, Loss, or Theft (Transfer of Risk)

 

  • Risk of Loss: The title and risk of loss for items purchased pass to you, the customer, upon our delivery to the carrier.

  • Damage/Discrepancies: If you receive a damaged product, you MUST contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You must retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for the carrier's inspection. Failure to report damage promptly may void any claim.

  • Lost/Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen from the delivery address. You must coordinate with the carrier and local authorities to investigate stolen packages. We will assist by providing necessary shipping information.
